A Book That Honors Both Story and Science

At one point of the book, Dr. Kory stops to reflect on his internal struggle, on balancing narrative with scientific rigor:

"One of my best, oldest, and smartest friends, John Durkin, the long-time mayor of Roslyn, NY, has been immensely successful over decades due to his exceptional talent and intellect (albeit rooted in culinary, music, literature, and art). He read an early draft of this book and gave me feedback that hit hard:

'Just stick with the story. Tell them what the minerals do in layman's terms. People will believe you. Don't bore them with 'science.'

He had a point. But I just couldn't do it. Something in me refused to bury in an appendix what had revealed itself as a beautiful tapestry—the delicate, measured dance of protons, electrons, and mineral matrices. We are talking about the very core of creation: the primary mechanisms God built to spark and sustain life in every biological system on Earth."

This book delivers both:

The human story is here. Asao Shimanishi's decades-long quest to understand volcanic minerals, his breakthrough discoveries, and the profound implications for human health that modern medicine continues to overlook. You'll follow his journey from volcanic deposits to laboratory revelations, understanding not just what he found, but why it matters for every person looking to optimize their health today.

But the science is here too. It's not buried in footnotes, but woven throughout as an integral part of understanding. Because Dr. Kory believes you can't fully appreciate why these minerals matter without glimpsing the elegant mechanisms at work. The electrical interactions between rare earth elements and biological systems. The precise orchestration of electron transfer that powers every cell. The ancient mineral code written into our DNA.

This isn't dry academic writing. It's the story of creation itself, told through the lens of a forgotten Japanese scientist who saw what others missed. Whether you're drawn to compelling narrative or rigorous science, you'll find both here. Separating them would be dishonoring the truth.

For readers who want the story: it's accessible, engaging, and profoundly human.

For readers who want the science: it's here, ready to transform how you understand health and vitality.

You don't have to choose. From Volcanoes To Vitality gives you both

About From Volcanoes To Vitality

What if the key to human health has been hidden in plain sight for millions of years—locked inside volcanic rock?

In "From Volcanoes to Vitality," Dr. Pierre Kory tells the extraordinary story of Asao Shimanishi, a forgotten Japanese scientist who discovered how to extract rare earth minerals from volcanic deposits. These minerals, Shimanishi believed, hold the code to life itself.

This groundbreaking book explores:

  • How rare earth minerals from volcanic sources impact human health through the negotiation of electrical interactions
  • The connection between mineral deficiency and modern chronic illness
  • Shimanishi's decades-long research into nature's mineral blueprint
  • Why conventional medicine overlooks these essential trace elements
  • Practical insights for optimizing your mineral nutrition

From the author of the bestselling "The War on Ivermectin," this meticulously researched work challenges everything we thought we knew about nutrition and health.

Why Own The Physical Edition?

Complex ideas require time to absorb. This book asks you to reconsider fundamental assumptions about health, nutrition, and the very mechanisms that sustain life. That kind of transformation doesn't happen in a single scroll through a screen.

The physical book offers:

A permanent reference for repeated study - The science of rare earth minerals and their electrical interactions with biological systems is intricate. You'll want to return to key passages, mark important sections, and build your understanding over time. A physical book lets you do this without digital distractions or the anxiety of content disappearing.

The ability to truly engage - Research shows we comprehend and retain complex material better when reading from physical pages. The tactile experience of turning pages, the visual progress through a physical object, and the freedom from notifications all contribute to deeper understanding of challenging scientific concepts.

Something to share - When you discover insights that could change someone's health trajectory, you want to pass them along. A physical book can be gifted to family members, loaned to healthcare practitioners, or shared with friends struggling with chronic illness—no device or login required.

Support for continued research - Dr. Kory's work challenging medical orthodoxy comes at significant professional cost. Your purchase of the physical edition directly enables his continued investigation into overlooked treatments and suppressed scientific discoveries.

A beautiful object worthy of the content - This book represents years of research into some of the most fundamental questions in biology. The physical editions are designed to honor that significance—professional binding, quality paper stock, and a cover that reflects the volcanic origins of the story within.

Choose paperback for portability and everyday reading. Select hardcover for your permanent library. Or opt for the bundle that gives you both physical and digital formats.

The minerals that sparked life billions of years ago deserve a book you can hold in your hands.
